How do you come up with all these new flavors?

This is perhaps the most frequent question we hear. And if you've been to our stores more than once, you know why it's so common. It's because we have a new flavor almost every week. So, here they are - the three criteria we build our new flavors on.

First, we come up with new flavor combinations. That's the only requirement for this stage - just think of something that doesn't exist.

Next, we taste-test the new creation with several groups of experts and Gelato-lovers to see if they like the taste.

Finally, we work on balancing out the recipe to make sure it's as healthy as possible. Yes, just because it's a treat doesn't make it can't be good for you.
